History of use

Ostarine is one of the SARM’s that are still in clinical testing by GTX Pharma. MK2866 is not known to cause many side effects.  If you run it longer than 4 weeks you can expect very mild suppression.  You should follow the cycle up with a mini-PCT using a light dosage of Nolvadex or Clomid and a strong Testosterone booster. 

Overall if you experience strong side effects on it then you are likely getting a fake product. 

Dosages in bodybuilding and stacking

Ostarine is extremely versatile.  Many athletes will use it as part of a SARM’s stack, while others will use it in an anabolic steroid stack.  You can also use it during a PCT (post cycle therapy).  A typical dosage is going to be 25mgs a day (90% of users choose this dosage), but some will go up to 50mgs a day or drop it down to 12.5mgs a day.

Triple stack: 

This is the legendary SARM’s stack which will put on quality lean muscle mass, increase endurance, and get you a nice physique in 8-12 weeks WITHOUT nasty side effects.  With this, you would stack in S4-Andarine and GW501516-Cardarine.  This stack is great for recomping, meaning gaining muscle while losing fat at the same time.

Bridging or post cycle: 

It can be used during this phase because it is not suppressive if ran at 25mgs or less for 4 weeks or less.  It will help you keep your gains and motivate you to workout.  I also recommend stacking in a strong Testosterone booster such as N2generate ES. 

Female use

Ostarine Ostabolic (mk2866) is a great SARM for females to use.  The dosage varies from 12.5mg to 25mgs but many females can get great results on the bottom end of the range and you can stack it with another SARM.

1. Ostarine is weak: If your goal is to add 50 temporary pounds to your bench and 30 pounds of fat and water to the scale then it isn’t for you.  You should choose steroids instead, but with all due respect, this does not make Mk2866 weak because not everyone wants side effects steroids give you or sloppy gains.
